With the latest and most comprehensive update for MAIA so far, your AI assistant receives far-reaching enhancements in its functionality and now supports you even more intensively in everyday work.

If you don't want to use your own data, you can now use the extensive knowledge of GPT. Just select the "MAIA Assistant" as source as shown in the picture and you are ready to go! The setting "MAIA Assistant" is now standard, as long as no own documents are selected.

The chat update thus brings the following enhancements and benefits to all users:

Iterativerefinement of answers: Got an answer that's almost what you wanted, but not quite? No problem! Just refine your question directly in the chat and talk to MAIA until the answer is perfect. In addition, you can now select individual documents in your collection if you don't want to search all documents and even select documents from different file collections at the same time!

Advanced replies: Thanks to the secure integration of ChatGPT, MAIA can now reply not only based on your documents, but also based on the data learned from GPT. Switching between both settings directly in the chat is possible at any time for maximum flexibility!

More natural interaction: With the chat interface, you can now have real conversations with MAIA, just like with a human assistant. Whether you need a push in brainstorming, a complicated Excel formula for the next invoice, a meeting agenda, or just want MAIA to help you write an email: MAIA now additionally simplifies your everyday work!

Absolute data security unlike ChatGPT: Our main focus is still on highest data security. So with this update you get the opportunity to increase your efficiency with the functionality of ChatGPT and at the same time, unlike using ChatGPT, you don't have to worry about your data ending up in places where it doesn't belong.
